Are you looking for a venue to host the perfect Wedding?
Will you have under 120 guests total in attendance? If so, you have come to the right place! Come find vintage, historic charm in an intimate, one of a kind setting! Host from 20 to up to 120 guests for your Wedding at The Schoolhouse.
You arrive on property and relish the intimacy of the entire venue being just for you and your guests for your special day! Load in a few decor items, get dressed, get settled and then your guests begin arriving. The Ceremony takes place indoor or outdoor, weather permitting. Immediately following the Ceremony, a cocktail hour begins in the Tavern and Courtyard for your guests. During this hour the bridal party and family will typically be taking formal pictures. After the cocktail hour, “Mr. and Mrs.” may be introduced and/or its announced that a “dinner buffet” or “dinner stations” are open for guests. After dinner, cake cutting and dancing while the bar remains open for your guests.
At booking, our event hosts will assist you in designing the perfect flow. For weddings we ask that you choose a professional caterer who will provide the food and service for your special day. Bring in sweets and personal items. We look forward to helping you make your Wedding – THE perfect day!

| 3:00pm | Bride and attendants arrive on property, photographer arrives. |

| 4:30pm | Guests begin arriving. Officiate arrives. |
| 5:00pm | Ceremony (Outdoor at Beech Tree or Indoor Schoolroom). |
| 5:30pm – 6:30pm | Cocktail hour (4 hour bar begins) - Photos. |
| 6:30pm | Dinner Buffet (max 60 in schoolroom) and/or Food Stations (for 60-120 guests) open. |
| 7:45pm | Cake cutting and First Dance. |
| 7:45pm – 9:15pm | Dancing (Last call 9:00pm). |
| 9:30pm | Reception Ends. |
| 9:30pm-10:00pm | Pack up and depart. |
